Bringing the inside out

A small part of a comprehensive remodel and addition, this outdoor shower has become one of the most impactful changes. Essential to this design are the ipe floor pallet at the indoor shower and tiling up to the frame of the over-sized window minimally separating what is inside and out.

This home is incredibly charming but we’re happy to help update it and make it function for our wonderful clients.

There are so many elements that make up meaningful space. Even for a small building, the ‘skin’ and exterior detailing still express the fundamental identity.

Retro textures from mixed chip terrazzo and bright concrete tile to reed glass infuse this palette with a lot of creative energy.

Alexa at JSA!

Alexa Newman has been working with JSA now for a few months, welcome Alexa! We just wrapped up a permit set for an awesome vacation property on Maui with a rooftop pool that overlooks the ocean! JSA continues to be blessed with fantastic projects, clients and Alexa’s help and expertise.
